Description
Robert Bruce Ricketts was a colonel in the Union Army in the American Civil War who fought at Gettysburg. He owned more than 80,000 acres at one time and sold most of its lumber. Ricketts did preserve the old-growth forest in what became Ricketts Glen State Park, which is named for him. Ricketts named 21 waterfalls on Kitchen Creek and hired six workers to build the original Falls Trail.

Jerry, I have taken several minutes pretending like I'm there watching and listening to the water as it bubbles down the rocky hill. You have Really brought Nature's Beauty for us to enjoy in an Outstanding way!
